Best exercise is still Brisk Walking!

This is the reason why brisk walking is the best for us.  When I was weighing 195 lbs., my doctor told me that I can't engage in any impact sports.

That make me really sad because I really love impact sports.  My doctor said that I can't jog anymore.  That's why I have thought of walking.  Yes walking not brisk yet.

I remember that I was crying in the street just to make a walking exercise.
